Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Layers

  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Step 2: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  • Step 3: Spread half of the strawberry pie filling evenly in the baking dish.
  • Step 4: Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly over the strawberry layer.
  • Step 5: Add the remaining strawberry pie filling on top.
  • Step 6: Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the surface.
  • Step 7: Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  • Step 8: Bake for 50–60 minutes until golden and set.
  • Step 9: Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let the cake cool for at least 20–30 minutes before serving to help the layers set properly. You can also experiment with different fruit fillings like blueberry or cherry for variation.
