  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces

Seasoning

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Step 3: Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Step 4: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 5: Mix in the cooked bowtie pasta and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  • Step 6: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or milk to loosen the sauce if needed.
