Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 lb refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • to taste additional strawberries for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside to macerate for about 10 minutes.
  • Step 3: In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Step 4: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Step 5: Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over each triangle, followed by a spoonful of the macerated strawberries.
  • Step 6: Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 7: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each roll.
  • Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 9: Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional strawberries if desired.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately after baking. You can substitute other fruits for strawberries if desired.
