Ingredients
  

For the Peanut Butter Ball

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups powdered sugar
  • 0.75 cup Reese's Pieces candies

For Serving

  • graham crackers for dipping
  • vanilla wafers for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
  • Step 2: Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing until the mixture becomes thick, creamy, and able to hold together.
  • Step 3: Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a smooth ball. Wrap tightly.
  • Step 4: Refrigerate the wrapped peanut butter ball for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Step 5: Unwrap the chilled peanut butter ball and place it on a serving platter.
  • Step 6: Press Reese’s Pieces candies onto the surface of the ball to decorate.
  • Step 7: Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, apple slices, or sugar cones for dipping.

Notes

For the best texture, use traditional creamy peanut butter rather than natural peanut butter that separates. You can also make this dessert a day ahead, as chilling overnight deepens the flavor and makes it easier to serve.
