Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 each pre-made chocolate cookie crust

Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups plus extra for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and well blended.
  • Step 2: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Step 3: Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  • Step 4: Stir in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  • Step 5: Pour the peanut butter filling into the chocolate cookie crust and spread evenly.
  • Step 6: Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  • Step 7: Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling.
  • Step 8: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Step 9: Before serving, garnish with additional chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate overnight. You can substitute the peanut butter with almond butter if desired.
