Instructions
Step 1:
In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and well blended.
Step 2:
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Step 3:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
Step 4:
Stir in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Step 5:
Pour the peanut butter filling into the chocolate cookie crust and spread evenly.
Step 6:
Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling.
Step 8:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Step 9:
Before serving, garnish with additional chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Notes
For best results, refrigerate overnight. You can substitute the peanut butter with almond butter if desired.
