  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth Creates a rich and savory sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Adds depth and umami.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard A touch of tangy sharpness balances the richness.
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini Pre-cooked for ultimate convenience!
  • 0.5 cup sour cream Adds creaminess and a touch of tang.
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream optional, For extra richness and creaminess
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds salty, sharp flavor and a beautiful finish.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional, Helps brown the beef nicely, but you can omit it.
  • salt and black pepper To taste, of course!
  • fresh parsley optional, A bright, fresh garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil (if using). Once browned, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer and let it bubble away for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Add the refrigerated cheese tortellini to the skillet. Stir gently to combine, cover the skillet, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the tortellini are heated through and tender.
  • Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream (if using), then stir in the Parmesan cheese until it's melted and creamy.
  • Remove from heat and let the skillet rest for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to deepen. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley (if using).
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave.
