  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Jif or any brand
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs pre-crushed or pulsed in food processor
  • 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl; mix until well combined. Use your hands if needed.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 9x13 inch baking dish. Use the bottom of a measuring cup for even pressing.
  • Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted. Avoid burning.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter base and spread it out.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Let stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Feel free to get creative with chocolate types, peanut butter types, mix-ins (nuts, pretzels, marshmallows), and a sprinkle of sea salt.
