No-Bake Chocolate Lasagna

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tub (12 oz) whipped topping divided
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3.25 cups cold milk
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Chill for 10 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and milk until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over Oreo crust.
  • Whisk chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping and chocolate chips.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Feel free to get creative with substitutions! Different cookies, berries, or caramel sauce can be added. For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate pudding mix. Make the Oreo crust and cream cheese layer a day in advance.
