Ingredients

For the Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Filling & Topping

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candies

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Step 3: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Step 4: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Step 5: Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  • Step 6: Scoop portions of dough and flatten slightly in your hand.
  • Step 7: Place about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter in the center and wrap the dough around it, sealing completely.
  • Step 8: Roll into balls and press a few Reese’s Pieces on top of each.
  • Step 9: Place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Step 10: Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  • Step 11: Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.

Notes

Make sure to seal the peanut butter well inside the dough to prevent leaking during baking. Do not overbake—cookies should remain soft in the center for best texture.
