Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Toppings

  • whipped cream, for topping
  • lime slices, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Step 2: Divide the crumb mixture evenly among serving jars, pressing it down to form a crust layer at the bottom.
  • Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  • Step 4: Pour the key lime filling evenly over the crust in each jar.
  • Step 5: Refrigerate the jars for at least 2 hours to allow the filling to set.
  • Step 6: Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices. Enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter pie, adjust sugar to taste. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
