Equipment

  • Medium bowl
  • Silicone molds
  • Mixing Spoon or Whisk

Ingredients

For the Jack Frost Blue Curacao Bombs

  • 1 cup Blue Curacao gives the bombs their signature bright blue hue and sweet citrusy flavor
  • 1 cup Coconut Cream adds luscious tropical creaminess
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream light and airy, for smooth texture and richness
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar sweetens gently without graininess
  • 1/4 cup Gelatin Powder helps bombs hold their shape once chilled
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water used to dissolve the gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Ice adds refreshing texture and chill
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract adds warmth and depth
  • Edible Glitter or Sprinkles for festive sparkle garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix cold water and gelatin powder. Stir gently until dissolved. Let sit 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Step 2: In a separate bowl, combine blue curacao, coconut cream, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • Step 3: Slowly pour the thickened gelatin mixture into the blue curacao mix, stirring continuously to blend evenly.
  • Step 4: Gently fold in crushed ice to add refreshing texture.
  • Step 5: Pour mixture into silicone molds, filling about three-quarters full.
  • Step 6: Refrigerate molds for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely firm.
  • Step 7: Carefully unmold bombs and sprinkle with edible glitter or festive sprinkles before serving.

Notes

Substitute blue curacao with blue sports drink or syrup for a non-alcoholic version. Use coconut milk instead of coconut cream for a lighter option. Freeze bombs for longer storage; thaw before serving. Serve immediately after unmolding for best texture.
