Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
