Heavenly No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

This No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake captures the joy of a classic banana split in a cool, creamy, and surprisingly easy-to-make dessert. No oven needed!

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs Pulse in food processor for finer texture
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar For sweetness
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter Melted

Cheesecake Layer

  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar For sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances creamy flavor
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping Thawed

Fruit & Toppings

  • 2 bananas Sliced, ripe bananas are best
  • 0.5 cup crushed pineapple Drained
  • 0.5 cup maraschino cherries Halved
  • 0.25 cup chocolate syrup
  • 0.25 cup caramel sauce
  • whipped cream For extra fluffiness
  • Additional banana slices, cherries, and chocolate pieces For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  • Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until just combined. Don't overmix!
  • Layer the Filling and Fruit: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Arrange sliced bananas, pineapple, and cherries over the cream cheese layer. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Add the Drizzle: Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the top in a zig-zag pattern.
  • Refrigerate and Set: Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set completely.
  • Garnish Before Serving: Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream, additional banana slices, cherries, and chocolate pieces.

Notes

Feel free to get creative! Substitute strawberries or blueberries for the pineapple. Use different types of chocolate. Add a layer of crushed nuts to the crust for extra crunch. Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature. Don’t overmix the cream cheese mixture. Press the crust firmly into the baking dish. You can prepare the crust and filling ahead of time and assemble them just a few hours before serving. Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator, covered tightly, for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
