Prep Time 5 minutes

Equipment

  • Glass, mason jar, or bowl

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 8.8 ounce container fresh raspberries Frozen works in a pinch.
  • 1 8.8 ounce container fresh blueberries Frozen works in a pinch.
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt To taste; plain is best.
  • Granola To taste; crunchy, slightly sweet variety preferred.
  • Honey To taste; maple syrup is a delicious alternative.

Instructions

  • In a glass, mason jar, or bowl, add a base layer of your choice – either granola or yogurt. I usually start with a spoonful of granola for a bit of crunch at the bottom.
  • Layer the fruit, yogurt, and granola until your container is full or you've used up all your ingredients. Don’t pack the layers tightly – you want them to look pretty and airy. Think about alternating colors for a visually stunning parfait!
  • Drizzle a generous amount of honey on top.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight. The flavors meld together beautifully when chilled!

Notes

Don't overfill your container. Prep ahead! If using frozen berries, let them thaw slightly before layering. Store leftover parfaits in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but best enjoyed fresh!
