These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the perfect bite-sized appetizers, guaranteed to be a hit at your next get-together. They're surprisingly simple to make, and the cheesy, garlicky goodness is irresistible.

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar recommended
  • 1 package biscuit dough or pizza dough Refrigerated dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced, fresh recommended
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped, optional
  • salt and pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season generously with salt and pepper. Once it's nicely browned, stir in the minced garlic until it’s fragrant. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, combine the cooled beef and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix it well.
  • Roll out your dough and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto the center of each square.
  • Fold the dough over the beef filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
  • Arrange the cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops generously with the melted garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley (if using).
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the baking sheet. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat them in the oven or microwave. Can be frozen.
