Easy Tropical Amaretto Island Punch
Transport yourself to a beachy paradise with this ridiculously easy Tropical Amaretto Island Punch. Featuring pineapple, orange, and coconut flavors with a hint of nutty amaretto, it's perfect for parties or lazy afternoons.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup Amaretto liqueur
- 0.5 cup grenadine syrup
- ice cubes plenty
- fresh fruit slices for garnish (pineapple, orange, cherries, lime)
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut water in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Give them a gentle stir.
- Step 2: Pour in the Amaretto liqueur and stir again to combine.
- Step 3: Slowly pour the grenadine syrup along the side of the pitcher or over the back of a spoon to create layers, or simply pour it in and stir if you don't want layers.
- Step 4: Fill serving glasses with plenty of ice cubes.
- Step 5: Carefully pour the punch mixture into each prepared glass.
- Step 6: Garnish each glass with fresh fruit slices before serving. Stir gently before serving if you want to combine the layers.
Notes
Substitutions & Additions: Omit Amaretto for a non-alcoholic version or replace with almond syrup. Swap Amaretto for light rum, coconut rum, or vanilla vodka. Add fizz with club soda or sparkling water. Toss in fresh berries or diced mango/pineapple for extra fruitiness. Experiment with other juices like cranberry or passion fruit.
Tips for Success: Chill all juices beforehand. Only add ice to individual glasses, not the pitcher, to avoid dilution. Mix juices ahead of time and add alcohol/grenadine just before serving. For layered grenadine, pour it slowly over the back of a spoon as it is denser.
Storage: If no ice was added to the pitcher, cover tightly and refrigerate for 3-4 days. If ice was added, discard melted ice before storing (flavor will be diluted).
