  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Step 2: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Step 3: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions, typically about 3-4 minutes.
  • Step 4: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, chopped spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the sauce is heated through.
  • Step 5: Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

This dish can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just reheat it gently on the stove, adding a little extra broth or cream to maintain the creamy texture.
