Notes

This recipe is best enjoyed immediately to keep the granola crunchy and prevent the banana from browning. While the assembled dish can't be stored, you can prep ingredients ahead of time: wash and slice berries, measure granola and dry toppings, and have yogurt ready. Store prepped ingredients in airtight containers in the fridge.
Feel free to swap yogurt types (Skyr, Icelandic, non-dairy). Use different fruits like peaches, kiwi, or mango. Replace granola with cereal flakes, nuts, or seeds. Substitute sweetener with agave, date syrup, or powdered sugar. Boost nutrition with protein powder, nut butter, flaxseed, chia seeds, or hemp seeds. Add spices like cinnamon or nutmeg.
