Remember those amazing chicken salad sandwiches from childhood? This recipe brings back all that nostalgic flavor but with a fun, healthy twist! These Chicken Club Lettuce Wraps are incredibly easy to make, ready in minutes, and perfect for a light lunch, dinner, or even a game-day snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped or shredded
  • 0.5 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cups red onion finely diced
  • 0.5 avocado diced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or turkey bacon, chopped
  • 0.5 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.25 cups ranch dressing or mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8-10 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, bacon, and cheese. Add the ranch dressing (or mayonnaise) and gently toss to coat everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wash and thoroughly dry your lettuce leaves. This is important to prevent soggy wraps!
  • Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf. Fold the sides inward and roll them up, or simply leave them open – it’s totally up to you!
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, flavorful goodness!

Notes

Feel free to get creative! Try different cheese, add chopped nuts for crunch, add red pepper flakes for spice, or include chopped bell peppers or shredded carrots for extra nutrients. You can prepare the chicken mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Assemble the wraps just before serving. Don't overfill; choose sturdy lettuce.
