These Brownie Cheesecake Cups are unbelievably easy to make, requiring no oven time, and are guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser – perfect for gifting or enjoying all by yourself!

Ingredients
  

Brownie Layer

  • 2 cups crumbled fudgy brownies store-bought or homemade

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1.5 cups softened cream cheese room temperature
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks

Toppings

  • Chocolate ganache melted chocolate and heavy cream
  • Caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
  • Extra brownie crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream. Be careful not to overmix; you want to keep that airy texture.
  • Layer crumbled brownies in your serving cups.
  • Top with a layer of the cheesecake filling.
  • Drizzle with chocolate ganache and caramel sauce.
  • Repeat layers as desired
  • Finish with extra brownie crumbs, a chocolate drizzle, and a final touch of caramel.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Feel free to get creative! Use different types of brownies, add a swirl of Nutella or peanut butter into the cheesecake filling, or sprinkle with chopped nuts, sea salt, or fresh berries. These can be made ahead of time!
