  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls 8 count
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • powdered sugar optional, for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Step 3: Unroll crescent dough onto the baking sheet and press seams together to form a rectangle. Flatten slightly.
  • Step 4: Brush melted butter over the dough, then evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  • Step 5: Roll the dough tightly into a log from the long side.
  • Step 6: Slice into 1-inch rounds and place on the baking sheet with space between each piece.
  • Step 7: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  • Step 8: Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using brown sugar instead of white sugar or drizzle with a simple glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
