Chicken, Turkey Bacon, and Ranch Sliders

Ridiculously easy and unbelievably delicious sliders ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or game-day snack!

  • 9x13-inch baking dish To prevent sticking and ensure even baking.
  • Small bowl To combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls Hawaiian rolls are recommended for their sweetness.
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Rotisserie chicken is a game-changer.
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped For a healthier twist!
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese Your favorite will work perfectly!
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing The creamy tang is essential!
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • sliced pickles or tomato Optional, for extra crunch and freshness!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Carefully slice your slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in your prepared baking dish. Gently separate them so they're not crowded.
  • Spread your cooked shredded chicken evenly over the bottom buns. Drizzle generously with ranch dressing. Top with the chopped turkey bacon and cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns onto the sliders. Make sure they're snug!
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep a close eye on it towards the end to avoid burning!

Notes

Don't overcrowd the baking dish. Allow space between the sliders for even baking. If short on time, use pre-cooked chicken and bacon. For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of your favorite seasoning blend to the chicken before assembling the sliders. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
