Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
  • 0.5 cups Caesar dressing
  • 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice optional
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 4 large croissants halved
  • sliced tomatoes or crispy bacon optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice (if using) in a medium bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper. Give it a good mix!
  • Carefully slice the croissants in half.
  • Layer the bottom croissant halves with chopped romaine lettuce, followed by the chicken mixture. Don't be shy with the filling!
  • Add your optional toppings – sliced tomatoes or crispy bacon add a delightful crunch and extra flavor.
  • Top with the remaining croissant halves and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftover chicken salad can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assembled sandwiches are best eaten immediately.
