  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes cherry tomatoes quartered work wonderfully too

  • Step 1: Prepare the Tortillas. First things first, grab your large tortillas and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Make sure you have enough space to work with!
  • Step 2: Spread Ranch Dressing. Now, take about 2 tablespoons of that delicious ranch dressing and spread it evenly over each tortilla. Make sure to leave a little border around the edges – this helps keep all our wonderful fillings tucked inside.
  • Step 3: Add Toppings. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and diced tomatoes evenly over the ranch dressing on each tortilla. Don't be shy with the toppings, but also be mindful not to overfill, or you'll have a hard time rolling!
  • Step 4: Roll the Wraps. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the filling as you go. The key is to keep it snug so everything stays put. Once rolled, make sure the filling is evenly distributed throughout to prevent any unfortunate spills.
  • Step 5: Slice and Serve. Finally, with a sharp knife, cut each wrap in half. Cutting them on an angle makes for a prettier presentation! Plate them up, and serve immediately for the absolute best texture and flavor. Dive in and enjoy!
