- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 bottle ginger ale about 2 liters, chilled
- 1/2 cup white rum or vodka optional, for adults

Step 1: Grab a large pitcher or a punch bowl. Pour in the orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and fresh lemon juice. Give it a good stir with a long spoon to make sure all those fruity flavors are well acquainted. This is your flavorful base!
Step 2: Just before you're ready to serve, gently pour in the chilled ginger ale. Stir it very, very gently to keep all those delightful bubbles!
Step 3: If you're making this for adults, measure in the white rum or vodka and give it another gentle stir to combine. Remember, this step is completely optional, so feel free to leave it out for a family-friendly version.
Step 4: Fill your serving glasses or punch bowl with plenty of ice. Ladle in your glorious punch, and then garnish creatively with fresh cranberries, orange slices, fresh mint leaves, and cinnamon sticks for that ultimate cozy, festive feel. Serve immediately and watch everyone’s faces light up!
Substitutions & Additions: Try cherry, pomegranate, or apple juice for swaps. Instead of ginger ale, use lemon-lime soda, sparkling water, sparkling cider, or Prosecco (adult-only). For warmer vibes, add whole cloves, star anise, nutmeg, or allspice to the juice base (strain before adding ginger ale). Make juice ice cubes to prevent dilution or freeze cranberries/orange segments into ice cubes for an extra pretty touch. For a mixed crowd, make two batches: one with and one without alcohol, and label clearly.
Tips for Success: Ensure all juices and especially the ginger ale are thoroughly chilled before mixing to keep the punch colder longer. Resist adding ginger ale until just before serving to preserve bubbles. You can mix all fruit juices (orange, cranberry, pineapple, lemon) the day before and store in the refrigerator; add ginger ale and alcohol just before serving. Consider making an ice ring with water, cranberries, orange slices, and mint leaves in a bundt pan for large punch bowls—it looks stunning and melts slowly. Serving in clear glasses shows off its beautiful festive color.
How to Store: The unmixed juice base (orange, cranberry, pineapple, lemon) can be stored in an an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. If alcohol is added but not ginger ale, it will keep well for 2-3 days in the fridge. Once ginger ale is added, the punch is best consumed within a few hours to enjoy its full fizzy glory; it will lose most carbonation by the next day. Freezing is not recommended as carbonation will be lost and juice texture can change.
