rotini pasta
any short pasta will work

cooked chicken breast
diced or shredded

cooked bacon
chopped, crispy
1

shredded cheddar cheese
sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack or Colby Jack

cherry tomatoes
halved

red onion
finely chopped

chopped green onions or chives

ranch dressing
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1:
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and cool completely.
Step 2:
Cook bacon until crispy. Once cool, chop it. Dice your chicken and prep your vegetables while the bacon is cooling.
Step 3:
Combine cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and green onions in a large bowl.
Step 4:
Add ranch dressing and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5:
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Feel free to get creative! Try different cheeses, veggies, protein, or dressings.
